From the Founder

We started Matic Teams to offer a flexible partnership model for our clients to reduce any friction—as a young agency, we needed any new business we could get! We also knew early on it would be tough to keep the great talent we partnered with consistently engaged without a steady flow of creatively fulfilling projects. We quickly discovered a real knack for curating, pairing, and supporting independent talent, and we saw a genuine need for an evolution in digital work happening. Being independent shouldn't mean being alone. We're always finding ways to attract, support, and collaborate with amazing independent contributors, creating outstanding work together as a team.
